RETURN POLICY


If an order is placed on an item that is out of stock, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price along with an email detailing the status of the item.

Items are exchangeable within 15 days of purchase so long as it has not been worn, damaged and altered in any way. Direct the item(s) you wish to exchange/return to the return address found on your shipment. Include with your exchange the receipt, a note describing the problem including the details of which item/size/color you would like to exchange it for. Also, include your address, phone and email so that we can get into contact with you for more details. Please include $5 for the return shipping cost. If buyer is outsideof the US, they are responsible for specific shipping cost back to them.

Your returned item(s) can be exchanged for credit towards another Freshman 101 Clothing Company purchase. Product refunds are not accepted.

Please note: We do not reimberse any additional shipping that may incur when returning/exchanging an item.
